In all of this uncertainty, there are some things of which we can be certain: 

God is still in control, even when he allows calamity. This is cause for comfort and peace, regardless of the latest news; 

The church still proclaims the Good News of forgiveness and eternal life, even if it is experienced in a different forum;

You are still a redeemed child of God with the certainty of your own forgiveness and the confidence of an eternity in heaven
